How it works:

  1. Bank It: Your monthly membership fee is deposited directly into your private Phantom Account.

  2. Spend It: Use your banked credits whenever you want on any service or product in the studio.

  3. Save It: Your credits never expire as long as your membership is active.

  4. Discount It: As a member, you automatically receive 10% or 15% off the total of every visit.

No initiation fees. No hidden costs. Just better skin.

The Fine Print (Membership Terms)

  • 100% Bankable: Every dollar of your membership fee is credited to your personal Phantom Account. These funds are non-refundable and may be redeemed for any service or retail product at our Whyte Ave studio.

  • Non-Expiring Credits: Your banked funds never expire as long as your membership remains active. If a membership is cancelled, any remaining funds must be used within 90 days.

  • The 15% Shadow Society Bonus: Your 15% discount applies to the full retail price of all services and products. This discount cannot be combined with other seasonal promos or "Flash Sale" vouchers unless specified.

  • Minimum Commitment: To ensure the integrity of our membership community, we require a 3-month minimum commitment.

  • Simple Cancellation: Life happens. After your initial 3 months, you may cancel at any time with a 30-day written notice via email.

  • No-Show Policy: Membership discounts do not waive our standard 48-hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee deducted from your banked credits.

  • Founding Member Status: By joining today, you lock in your $99 or $199 rate for the life of your membership. If a membership lapses or is cancelled, re-enrollment will be at the current market rate.
